Nervious Siantombo is a committed human rights advocate with over a decade of experience championing the rights of underprivileged and marginalized communities across Southern Africa. As a long-standing member of the Southern Africa Network of Prisons (SANOP) Zambia Chapter, he has consistently contributed to advancing the network’s mission, representing Panos Institute Southern Africa with dedication and insight. His current role as Head of Programmes at Panos provides a strong foundation for his recent election as Treasurer of SANOP Zambia Chapter. Working at the intersection of strategy, finance, and accountability, Nervious oversees budgets, manages resources, and ensures programmes are delivered effectively and in line with institutional priorities. This hands-on experience in financial planning, reporting, and compliance directly strengthens his ability to manage the Chapter’s financial responsibilities with diligence and care. Beyond financial expertise, Nervious brings a deep commitment to transparency, strong governance, and accountability. His experience managing complex projects, engaging with donors and partners, and maintaining clear reporting systems positions him to foster trust and credibility within SANOP. He offers not just technical competence, but a strategic, integrity-driven approach that supports the network’s continued growth, effectiveness, and impact.
