Born on 7 September 1976 in Monze, Zambia, she developed a strong sense of responsibility and compassion from an early age. Mable began her education at Woodlands A Primary School in Lusaka, starting in Grade 1, before attending Njase Secondary School, where she completed both her junior and senior secondary education. Motivated by a passion for helping others, she went on to pursue further studies: in 2004, she obtained an Advanced Certificate in Social Development; in 2009, she earned a Diploma in Social Work from the University of Zambia; and in 2014, she graduated from the University of Africa with a Degree in Social Work and Development Studies. In her professional role, Mable supervises inmates, enforces institutional regulations, and contributes to rehabilitation programs that help offenders build positive life skills and reintegrate into society. Her background in social work has strengthened her ability to navigate challenging situations with fairness and empathy. She has since risen to the position of Senior Superintendent, and currently represents Commissioner Maembelo on the regional board. Mable is married to a fellow correctional officer, and together they have three children — two daughters and one son. Outside of her professional duties, she enjoys reading, community service, physical fitness, and family time. Through her unwavering commitment to justice and rehabilitation, Mable continues to make a meaningful contribution to the correctional system and the community she serves.
