Gift Dlamini (He/Him) is a seasoned development practitioner and strategic leader with over a decade of experience driving sustainable change across community. As Programmes Manager at Kwakha Indvodza, he oversees the design and delivery of knowledge integration initiatives that elevate organisational performance and deepen program impact, combining rigorous analysis, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-driven planning to move work from concept to results. A committed advocate for equity and inclusion, Gift serves as Chairperson of MenEngage Eswatini, leading national efforts to engage men and boys in gender equality and violence prevention. He also serves as Vice Chairperson of SANOP Eswatini and Regional Board Member of SANOP, contributing to strategic priorities in offender rehabilitation, community reintegration, and public safety. His hands-on experience within correctional and juvenile facilities gives him a rare, ground-level understanding of gender-responsive and youthsensitive programming that few practitioners can offer.
