Godfrey Mathews Kammunda a public social worker specialist with over 15 years of experience in SRHR advocacy. I have worked with various organisations to promote health rights and services. My work focuses on youth health and development; I am passionate about health and rights for young offenders and ex-inmates. My managerial experience gained throughout the years of challenging program management, research, and outreach among marginalized areas developed my ability to make high-level effective, and well-balanced management decisions, contribute to policymaking, provide effective management advisory services, and manage staff and operational systems that establish long relationships with different stakeholders. In view of the above, I strongly believe, that my qualifications and academic credentials, substantiated by relevant professional experience, strong knowledge of programs management, and broad experience in operation management programs that include over 15 years of experience in providing leadership, strategic direction, management, and evaluation of organizational programs of great magnitude which include advocacy and policy programs such as designing institution fundraising strategy, design and implementation of programs, partnership development, training strategies, and overseeing of scaling up organization portfolios programs.
